No, unfortunately I do not work with insurance companies. All services are paid out-of-pocket, but I offer affordable plans and various options to meet your budget.

What forms of payment does Arukah Health and Wellness take?

I currently accept online payment for your first payment, and cash or check if that is preferred, after your initial payment.

What is a Nutritionist?

Nutritionist is a term that tends to be used broadly.
I became certified as a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP) by completing a 10-month program with the Nutritional Therapy Association, based on the 6 Foundations of Nutrition. I continue to learn through various trainings, research, and credentialing.
